The My history of money project.
We got money for jobs around the class.
We also got money for being good.
We spend our money at Clive School maket day.

We did Tally charts on the notability app and then we went round classes to survey them.
In our inquiry groups, we decided what we were going to make and sell at market day

Miss Brody
Hastings

Dear Miss Brody
Thank you Miss Brody for helping room 9 in week 4 when the year 5s were at camp.

I'm sure we all had a lot of fun with you. We just would like to thank you for the help you did for us through the week. Like: Dancing, Orienteering, Maths, Maps, Treasure hunts, Poems, Bridge making etc. This was helpful because you taught us new physical games as well as this: you helped us with our catching by using games and putting work into them and helped us with our crafting by letting us run free when you've given us the materials and telling us what to make.

I particularly enjoyed the Bridge making.
I found out that poetry can rhyme in very different ways
During the time you taught us, I learned that orienteering is a lot more fun than it sounds.

Your sincerely

Tom Woods

The Clive School protection!

In the school hall it was really hot on the night at Wednesday 6:00 pm. It was packed with heaps of people, I was just amazed. Plus everyone was wearing black.
The Clive School production is based on the story Lester and Clyde. It's a story about 2 peaceful frogs who can never get along with each other, but before I tell you that story I have to tell you this story.

It started off when the juniors sang the song "3 little birds" but they changed it to "2 little frogs".
Then the juniors sang the song "don't worry about a thing" then it followed by loads more songs.
Before our song and stomp room 8 sang "hit the road Jack". Then we did our stomp...3…2…1… Siah did the brid call then it was awnered by Aleaha x2 then the metronome went on, click, clock, click, clock.

When everyone else sang (the people apart from us) we played in the cage behind the hall. At the end we sang the song "just 1 earth".
